A: It depends on the severity of your condition or injury. I recommend obtaining medical clearance from your physician before starting a fitness program. I can modify exercises or create a customized workout plan that is safe for you based on your medical condition or injury.

A: Personal training costs can vary depending on the trainer's qualifications, experience, and location. I can provide information on my pricing and packages during our initial consultation.

A: Depends on the packages.The training packages include:
-the amount of sessions based on the package

Q: How does the subscription plan works?
A:Subscription plans offer the most cost-effective and comprehensive option. When you subscribe to any plan, you gain access to all the benefits, including sessions, the app, nutrition guides or diets, all at a discounted rate. To access these subscriptions, a 12-week commitment contract is required.
NOTE: Any of the 12 weeks packages that are paid in full price or month to month basis are final and non-refundable.

Q: How do I get started with personal training?
A: To get started, you can schedule a consultation with me to discuss your goals, fitness level, and any other pertinent information. From there, I will have all the information required and I can create a customized workout plan and schedule sessions based on your needs and availability.

Q: How can I track my progress while working with a personal trainer?
A: Elio Fitness app is the best app for client accountability and will help you track your progress through regular measurements, photos, and/or performance metrics. We will also have regular check-ins to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your workout plan.

Q: Is there a 24 hour policy cancellation?
A: Yes, ELIO GJONAJ (fitness professional) works on an appointment-based schedule to allow you the time required for your personal training session.
Sessions will be 60 minutes. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session, it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Due to this schedule, it is important that you give the professional sufficient notice when you need to cancel an appointment.
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.Policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for established and future clientele.

Q: What is the difference between Elite Package and Superior Plan?
A: Yes, both Elite Package and Superior Plan are a 2 times per week training but the differences are:
-In all the Subscription Plans is required a 12 weeks commitment
-Superior Plan has also included a Primary Recovery Session 1x/week
-Superior Plan is $480 cheaper than Eliote Package

Q: How can I start after I purchase The Superior or The Infinity Plan?
A: Yes, right after you purchase any of the subscription plans, ELIO GJONAJ (fitness professional) will e-mail you and set you up. First you will fill out the contract and all the onboarding requirements.After you will be able to discuss schedule and location and after 48-72 hours you will receive an email with instructions how to download Elio Fitness App and a Tutorial Guide to help you to get the best of the app.By then your personalized workout program and nutrition guide or diet will be ready as well. Anytime you can reach out online the professional for any questions or concerns that you might have.
